阿偉（梁朝偉 飾）只是公司里的一介小小勞工，然而，主意滿滿的他對上司的種種行事方法頗有異議，更是屢次暗中阻撓。美娜（藍(lán)潔瑛 飾）是康少的女友，卻被霸道貪婪的人頭馬覬覦，人頭馬不顧美娜已經(jīng)名花有主的事實(shí)，想盡了各種方法要得到她。阿偉將人頭馬的心思看在眼里，見招拆招，在暗中幫助康少，然而，隨著時(shí)間的推移，他竟然亦愛上了單純善良的美娜。
其實(shí)，康少的心中另有佳人，人頭馬見自己的奸計(jì)無法得逞，怒火中燒，竟然聯(lián)手黑幫大姐，想要置阿偉于死地，兩人相約以飆車的方式來一決勝負(fù)。面對狡猾的敵人，阿偉能否獲得最終的勝利呢？
